Turning one destination into multiple reasons to visit. We didn't change what Carpe Diem was, we expanded what it could become.

01 · The Brief
Carpe Diem was already an established venue when Lost & Found became involved. The opportunity wasn't a rebuild, it was a repositioning. Rather than marketing the restaurant alone, we helped communicate Carpe Diem as a broader lifestyle, dining, pool and events destination, so the strategy could target different audiences and different occasions instead of leaning on one core product.
02 · The Work
Sharpened the brand positioning and built a marketing direction around a destination with several experiences rather than a single dining offer.
Launched and positioned the pool section as its own guest experience, marketing for pool and pool beds, the content behind it, and campaigns built specifically to generate bookings.
Developed recurring Saturday and Sunday events: event concepts, event creation, weekend programming, creative direction and promotion, giving the venue a real weekend identity.
Created content designed around each experience, dining, pool, lifestyle, events, night, instead of presenting the venue through a single lens.
Built dedicated campaigns for dinner reservations, pool beds and events, each with its own content, messaging, targeting and customer intent.
Ran the paid engine across Meta and Google with audience development feeding all three campaign areas.
03 · Reposition · Activate · Grow
Chapter 01 · Reposition
The venue didn't need reinventing, it needed repositioning. We sharpened Carpe Diem's positioning and built a marketing direction that spoke about a lifestyle, dining, pool and events destination, which meant the brand could talk to different audiences, at different times of day, for different occasions.

Chapter 02 · Activate
One of the key developments was launching and positioning the pool as a separate guest experience. We built the marketing around the pool and pool beds, produced the content it needed and ran campaigns designed purely to generate bookings, effectively creating another marketable product inside the existing venue.

Chapter 03 · Weekends
Recurring Saturday and Sunday events gave Carpe Diem a weekend identity of its own. Event concepts, event creation, weekend programming, content, creative direction, promotion and paid advertising all worked toward one objective: recurring reasons to visit, rather than relying on traditional restaurant demand.

Chapter 04 · Grow
Dinner drove restaurant reservations and evening demand. Pool promoted daybeds and the daytime experience. Events built awareness and attendance around weekend programming. Each needed different content, messaging, targeting and customer intent, and all three performed, collectively strengthening one brand rather than splitting it.

05 · The Outcome
Instead of advertising one experience, Carpe Diem could generate demand across several revenue streams, restaurant, pool and events, while each campaign strengthened the overall brand. All three campaign areas have performed successfully, with paid media returning around 2,750% on ad spend, and the weekend programming gave guests recurring reasons to return rather than one-off restaurant visits.
